Position Title: Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation / Practice Areas Varies (Hybrid / 4-Day Work Week)

To support this expansion, they are seeking 1–3 talented Attorneys (ranging from 6 months to 3+ years of experience) across multiple practice areas including Civil Litigation, Personal Injury,

Employment Litigation, Criminal Law, Family Law, Medical Malpractice, Probate, and Immigration Law .

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $85,000 – $200,000 DOE . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Candidate Qualifications

• Education & Bar: Juris Doctor (J.D.) and active license to practice law in Alaska (or eligibility to waive/transfers in).
• Experience Levels:
• 2+ Years Experience: Civil Litigation, Personal Injury, MedMal, Employment Litigation, Criminal Law, Slip/Fall, or Family/Divorce Law (Trial experience preferred/required for criminal, family, and slip/fall roles).
• 6+ Months to 3+ Years Experience: Immigration Law or Probate & Estate Planning.
• Strong written, oral, and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-first environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a strong plus.
