One of our fintech clients is looking for a Brand Copywriter to join their team. This person will turn complex fintech and crypto concepts into stories people understand and remember. This isn't a generic marketing copy role. It's about building a brand people trust.


You'll work closely with leadership, marketing, design, and product teams to create messaging that inspires, educates, and drives action. In your first 90 days, you'll help define the company's voice. That messaging will power the website, product launches, paid advertising, email campaigns, social media, and customer communications. If you admire brands like Apple, Stripe, Airbnb, Nike, and Coinbase for how they tell stories, not just what they sell, we'd love to meet you.


Responsibilities

• Develop the company's overall brand voice and messaging
• Write website copy, landing pages, and product messaging
• Create campaign messaging for new product launches
• Tell customer success stories and real-world use cases
• Write scripts for video, podcasts, advertising, and social media
• Translate complex crypto and fintech concepts into clear, engaging content
• Write email campaigns and lifecycle marketing content
• Build messaging frameworks for new features and rewards programs
• Partner with designers to create high-performing marketing assets
• Keep the brand voice consistent across every platform
• Research competitors and identify opportunities to differentiate the brand


Qualifications

• 4+ years of professional copywriting, content marketing, or brand storytelling experience
• Experience writing for fintech, payments, crypto, SaaS, or technology companies
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Ability to simplify complex topics into language anyone can understand
• Strong understanding of marketing psychology and customer journeys
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing best practices
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality storytelling and brand campaigns

• Video scriptwriting
• UX writing and product copy
• Social media campaign development
