CT Technologist (CT Tech) – Travel Contract | Kealakekua, Hawaii

Travel CT Technologist Job Details

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,930–$2,080
• Location: Kealakekua, Hawaii
• Healthcare Setting: Hospital-based radiology department; Level III Trauma Center
• Schedule: 36 hours per week
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Start Date: October 15, 2026

CT Technologist Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist experience
• Current credentials and authorization to practice as a Radiologic Technologist and CT Technologist in Hawaii
• Recent CT scanning and diagnostic X-ray experience in an acute-care or trauma setting
• Experience with Siemens AS DEF 128 CT equipment preferred
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
• Proficiency across all aspects of CT and diagnostic X-ray imaging
• Ability to meet facility onboarding, competency, and compliance requirements

CT and Diagnostic Imaging Responsibilities

• Perform CT examinations and diagnostic X-ray procedures according to established protocols
• Provide medical imaging support for patients across a Level III Trauma Center
• Operate Siemens AS DEF 128 CT equipment safely and effectively
• Assess patient condition, explain imaging procedures, and promote patient comfort and safety
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic images while following radiation-safety standards
• Work independently on overnight shifts and manage competing imaging priorities
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team
• Document procedures and maintain accurate imaging and patient records
