The Impact Team is in a particularly exciting phase of growth and is looking for an Impact Assistant to join in a crucial support role. The ideal candidate is passionate about social impact, sustainability, and building purpose-driven brands and organizations, thrives in a creative, fast-paced environment, is highly organized and driven, and has strong communication and writing skills.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide client service administration support, such as attending meetings, handling scheduling, logistics, notes and follow-up actions.
• Contribute to multiple projects simultaneously, working in close collaboration with colleagues, and manage workload to meet deadlines.
• Assist with drafting, writing, and editing internal and external materials including work plans, project decks, research reports, client strategies, and more.
• Conduct research to support project planning and strategy.
• Track social impact, brand purpose, ESG, SDG, and related news and share updates with the team and across the firm.
• Participate in new business efforts including research, proposal and pitch preparation.
• Support agency-wide impact and social purpose efforts.
• Build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels.
• Manage team administrative duties, such as scheduling, internal processes, and internal communications.
• Manage lead executive’s calendar, expenses, travel, meeting briefs, and timely requests.
• Work on-site a minimum of two days per week.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1 year of professional and/or internship experience, ideally in a social impact environment (e.g., agency, social enterprise, NGO, private sector sustainability, or social impact role)
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, International Development, Economics, Sustainability, or related field, or other demonstrated experience
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite; Canva and Adobe preferred
• Creative, driven, highly organized, detail-oriented
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and networking skills
• Proactive and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Self-starter with a desire to learn
• Reliable and able to meet deadlines and prioritize
• Strong writing, proofreading and researching skills
• Professional, confident and mature demeanor
• Strong interest in the social impact sector
