Operate loaders and other assigned equipment to move, load, and manage recyclable materials throughout the facility. Complete equipment inspections, follow operating and site safety procedures, report hazards or maintenance needs, and keep work areas orderly. Coordinate with teammates to maintain steady material flow and dependable service. This hands-on role supports Republic Services’ sustainability mission and essential environmental services. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, reliable, and comfortable working in an active industrial environment. Prior heavy equipment experience is preferred; required licenses or credentials depend on equipment and local requirements.
